Toronto Transit Commission Toronto-York Spadina Extension Construction Information Session

The Toronto-York Spadina Subway Extension is holding an information session on Friday, Dec. 4, 2009, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto, 252 Bloor Street West, Room G162, Toronto, Ont. The information session is intended to update potential contractors on the main construction contracts, which are scheduled to be let between October 2010 and January 2011. The presentation will include details of the construction packages and the pre-qualification and tender processes.

There will be a question-and-answer period following the presentation. This will be followed by invitations to submit pre-qualification documents commencing early 2010. Contractors interested in prequalifying and bidding work on this project either as a general contractor or subcontractor are encouraged to attend.
