Delve Underground Welcomes Lippert as Director of Strategy

Delve Underground announced that Frank Lippert, FSMPS, CPSM has joined the company as the Director of Strategy. With over 30 years of experience in strategic pursuit planning, market capture planning, and business development coaching, Lippert brings a wealth of knowledge to Delve Underground’s leadership team.

In this new role, Lippert will focus on enhancing Delve Underground’s approach to strategic pursuits and optimizing the company’s position in competitive markets. With expertise honed over three decades, he will develop and implement a coaching and training program for seller-doers, aiding in their pursuits of complex infrastructure projects across North America, Australia, and New Zealand.
