Felice Appointed Chairman of TRB Tunnels Committee

ILF Consultants, Bellevue, Wash., announced that Dr. Conrad Felice has been appointed Chairman of the Tunnels and Underground Structures Committee for the Transportation Research Board (TRB). TRB standing committees play a vital role in facilitating the exchange of transportation research information and results. The committee members work together to develop research problem statements in their area of interest, review and recommend papers for publication and for presentation at TRB Annual Meetings, and organize committee meetings, workshops, and other activities.
Felice, President and CEO of ILF, has more than 35 years of experience in delivering project and program management, engineering and design, and construction engineering services on above and below-ground engineering projects, including tunnels, pipeline crossings, and bridges.
