Keller Announces North America Leadership Updates

Keller announced recent leadership updates for business development, technology, and corporate development in North America.

Finocchio

David Finocchio has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development. Finocchio joined Keller in 2010 as a project manager and has since held several leadership roles in business development, including Business Development Executive for the Northeast region and Director of Business Development for North America. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a registered Professional Engineer.

As Vice President of Business Development, Finocchio is responsible for advancing sector growth in data centers, power, water, and infrastructure, strengthening alignment on major projects, and building strategic client relationships across North America.

Dawson

Kevin Dawson has been appointed Senior Vice President of Technology and Corporate Development. Dawson joined Keller in 2003 as a field engineer and became a project manager in 2006, leading geotechnical construction projects involving ground improvement, excavation support, micropiles, and jet grouting. He later served as Vice President of the New England Branch before taking on a global transformation leadership role in 2022. In 2024, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Engineering and Project Management.

As Senior Vice President of Technology and Corporate Development, Dawson oversees the instrumentation and monitoring businesses, leads technology adoption, evaluates merger and acquisition opportunities, and drives market innovation.

Keller was founded in 1860 and is the largest independent geotechnical contractor in the world with ongoing operations in over 40 countries across five continents. With a North American presence of over 100 years, Keller operates as the market leader with over 60 offices throughout the US and Canada.
