Abstracts for 61st U.S. Rock Mechanics / Geomechanics Symposium Being Accepted
The 61st US Rock Mechanics / Geomechanics Symposium of the American Rock Mechanics Association will be held in Austin, Texas, June 26-30, 2027. The symposium will be hosted by the University of Texas and take place at the AT&T Convention Center & Hotel. The technical program will focus on theoretical advances and innovative applied research in rock mechanics and geomechanics. Technical tours and field trips are planned to take place before and after the symposium. Workshops will be held prior to the symposium.

Abstracts should include a brief description of the work performed, results, and significance. Figures may be included to explain the abstract. All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by experts in the respective subject areas.
