Henn Named Chief Consultant for Brierley Associates

Henn,-Ray Brierley Associates has named Dr. Raymond Henn as Chief Consultant. Henn has more than 43 years of heavy and underground construction experience. During his career, Henn has held positions that include field engineer, superintendent and construction manager on direct-hire construction and construction management assignments. In addition to managing his own projects at Brierley, Henn provides in-house consulting for Brierley’s nationwide tunnel practice.

Additionally, Henn has served on 31 dispute review boards and as an arbitrator on construction cases. Henn is past president of the American Underground-Construction Association (now UCA of SME).  He is the recipient of the ASCE’s 2002 Roebling Award in Construction Engineering, the Underground Construction Association of SME’s 2008 Outstanding Individual Award and is a Distinguished Member of SME – Class of 2013. Henn is also an Adjunct Professor at the Colorado School of Mines where he teaches classes in tunneling, underground construction and grouting.
