Nicholson Hires Rothbauer

Mark Rothbauer recently joined Nicholson Construction as the Regional Manager for the company’s mid-Atlantic division. In his new role, Rothbauer will oversee all business development and operations-related activities for the company’s projects in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Rothbauer previously worked as a Project Manager for nationally renowned ground improvement specialist, and Nicholson’s sister company, Menard USA. He brings more than 15 years of geotechnical construction knowledge to his new role, having worked previously for Nicholson as a Project Engineer early in his career. He holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a master of business administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Dennis (Bud) Triplett, who has been with the company for 10 years, will be joining Rothbauer in the Mid-Atlantic region as the Operations Manager. Triplett was previously a Project Manager for Nicholson’s Mid-Atlantic region. Aaron Evans, who has been with Nicholson for the past eight years, will be working as the region’s Business Development Manager. Evans was most recently working as a Project Manager in the company’s Special Projects group.
