United Rentals Recognized Through Glassdoor’s Best CEOs of 2026 Awards

United Rentals, Inc. on Aug. 12 announced that the strength of its team and culture has been recognized through Glassdoor’s Best CEOs of 2026 Awards. Based entirely on employee feedback, United Rentals President and Chief Executive Officer Matthew Flannery ranked No. 15 among leaders at large U.S. companies.

The recognition reflects the experiences current and former employees voluntarily share about working at United Rentals. Unlike many workplace awards, Glassdoor’s Best CEOs awards do not include a self-nomination process. Winners are determined solely through anonymous company reviews and ratings, with Glassdoor considering the quantity, quality and consistency of reviews submitted between May 16, 2025, and May 15, 2026.

“This recognition belongs to the United Rentals team,” said Matt Flannery, President and CEO, United Rentals. “Every day, our people live our values through the passion, dedication and collaboration they bring to their work. Their Work United spirit strengthens our culture and powers our commitment to our customers, our communities and one another. I’m proud of what this team continues to accomplish together.”
