Datwyler Sealing Solutions Division Appoints New CEO

The Board of Directors of Datwyler Holding Inc. has appointed Torsten Maschke to the new CEO of the Datwyler Sealing Solutions division and made him a member of the executive management team.
The 47-year-old German took over the management of the division from Dirk Lambrecht as of Oct. 1, 2016. Lambrecht will become the new CEO of the Datwyler Group as Jan. 1, 2017. Paul Hälg, the previous CEO, will be proposed to the General Assembly for election as President of the Board of Directors in March 2017.
“It is with great pleasure that I hand over the management of the Datwyler Sealing Solutions division to Torsten Maschke. With his many years of experience in the elastomer and sealing industry, he is the perfect person to strengthen existing customer relationships and to lead our expansion into new technologies and niche markets,” Lambrecht said.

The Sealing Solutions division specializes in customer-specific sealing solutions for the automotive, health care, civil engineering, and consumer goods industries. Maschke is a proven expert in both elastomer and sealing technology.
