Jacobs Associates Welcomes New Senior Associate
Rosa Castro-Krawiec recently joined Jacobs Associates’ Boston office as a Senior Associate. Castro-Krawiec is a structural engineer with 29 years of experience in structural design production, engineering services during construction, and project management. Her work has encompassed the design and construction of buildings, aboveground structures, and underground structures for transportation, environmental, civil, industrial, institutional, and high technology facilities, throughout the United States and internationally. Castro-Krawiec has contributed to noteworthy projects such as the Port of Miami Tunnel Design/Build Project, Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s Government Center Station Accessibility Project, Narragansett Bay Commission CSO Phase II, Upper Rouge Tunnel CSO Control Project, Central Artery/Tunnel Project, and the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority’s Deer Island Treatment Plant.
Castro-Krawiec holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a master of science degree in structural engineering from Northeastern University. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, New York and Florida.
