BRECKSVILLE, OH — Benjamin Media Inc. (BMI) President Robert Krzys has announced the promotion of James Rush to Publisher of TBM: Tunnel Business Magazine, effective immediately.

Jim has been with Benjamin Media and TBM: Tunnel Business Magazine (TBM) since November 1998 and has been its editor since 2001. Jim is also Editor of Trenchless Technology, Water Utility Infrastructure Management (UIM) and North American Oil & Gas Pipelines (NAOGP) magazines. He is also program director for BMI’s Trenchless Technology Road Shows and UIM Conference Series. He retains his title as Editor of TBM in addition to his new Publisher’s role.

“Jim is one of the most well respected media professionals covering the North American tunneling market,” Krzys said. “No one is more qualified than Jim to lead and promote the future direction of the leading North American tunneling publication that is TBM: Tunnel Business Magazine.”

Jim has been a fixture at the leading North American tunneling tradeshows and conferences since beginning work as an assistant editor of TBM in 1998. He has traveled across the United States to various significant tunneling projects and has been a strong advocate for the North American tunneling industry.

“Covering the North American tunneling market has been rewarding and I look forward to continuing in that capacity with the added role as publisher,” Rush said. “We at TBM will continue to highlight the people and projects that are shaping the industry.”
